Oona held an Employee Iftar and Health Talk 2025, sharing wellness tips for Ramadan and strengthening employee connection in a healthy, supportive work environment.
Oona Insurance Indonesia held the Employee Iftar
Gathering & Health Talk 2025, an event that brought together all employees to break their fast together while receiving health education during the month of Ramadan. This event served as a meaningful moment to strengthen relationships among employees and build a warmer, more collaborative working environment.
In addition to the communal iftar session, Oona featured a Health Talk delivered by Dr. Caleb Leonardo Halim, SpKO from Royal Progress Hospital. Dr. Caleb specializes in developing physical exercise programs for both preventive and curative purposes related to various non-communicable diseases, managing acute and chronic sports-related injuries, and enhancing sports performance while minimizing injury risk. He is also experienced in creating physical training programs to reduce injury risks during sports or other physical activities.
During the health talk, he shared practical tips on maintaining stamina, managing nutrition, and sustaining physical and mental well-being throughout Ramadan. This educational session is expected to help employees remain productive and energized throughout the fasting month.
Through this initiative, Oona demonstrates its commitment to creating a healthy, inclusive, and supportive work environment while providing meaningful support for employee well-being.
